While we do our best to maintain the highest standards, mangoes are perishable items, and sometimes issues may occur during transit. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive:
- Damaged or rotten mangoes
- Incorrect quantity
- Wrong variety delivered
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Order delivered is significantly damaged or spoiled
- You received a wrong order (wrong mango type or size)
- Order canceled before shipping
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification
Conditions for Refund
To request a refund, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or video of the issue (damaged box, spoiled mangoes, incorrect items)
- Provide your order ID and contact number used to place the order
Note: We reserve the right to deny refund requests if proof is not provided or if the claim is made after the 24-hour window
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
